Basically, I was wondering if there was one out. I want to take her to vegas after broken steel, but the only mod that does it is over 5 years old and I am almost sure it wouldn't work for TTW.
If there's not one, how hard would it be to make one, or...would it be rude to request one?

JIP CCC allows to make any NPC a follower. I guess you could try using it for that.

I see Sarah Lyons Companion For FONV, done with permission of the original author and said to work perfectly with TTW as of April 2020.
