Leaving Vault 101 crash/freezes on loading [SOLVED]

As title says game won't let me leave. I have played through the tutorial section perfectly fine, but it crashes when I finish editing my character and confirm to leave. Here is my load order, Im running on a Ryzen 5 2600, RTX 2060 and on Windows 10

You don't have YUPTTW enabled and you're using a ton of incompatible mods. the FCO stuff is incompatible, EVE isn't compatible, Senterpat's weapon pack was broken, not sure if it was ever fixed for 3.2. WRP needs a patch as well and you don't have that installed. I have no clue about all your sex mods but there are probably incompatibilities there too.

I disabled all of the mods that you told me to and it still doesnt work. Loading screen from Vault 101 to the wasteland and the music still plays but the screen is frozen.

Try it with Vanilla load out then. If it still crashes, your installation is botched. If not, enable each mod one by one.

On Windows 10, you also need to beware of using NVSR as it can hang the game. It's now recommended that people use NVTF (New Vegas Tick Fix) instead. If you just have to use NVSR, search the threads for notes on settings that crash W10.

I disabled NVSR, it loaded a bit further but still froze. Got an error saying "Out of Memory", I went into my NV files and found out that the 4GB patch wasn't installed properly. I reinstalled it an voila, it worked! But I still uninstalled NVSR.
