I have tried everything to get the mod to work, uninstalling and reinstalling both Fallouts, unticking plugins, everything. My load order is just the base TTW one, I have no mods installed, and this is getting pretty annoying. I have installed older TTW versions before with no problem, but it seems the newest version won't work for me.

Fixed it By Undoing esm files and redoing them
