train in nv does not do anything
so I was playing just as normal doing some fnv quests so I went to the station to go back to dc and it said that I was in dc so I just want to know how to fix this

You must be using a mod which has altered the train in some way. If you used some other means to travel to New Vegas, then this would also cause the issue.
If you are not, leave the station into freeside, and then re-enter.
