I'm new to TTW but I heard that TTW makes both games quite stable, which is great, but I just need to know if I need to install things like NVSE and NVAC.
Also if anyone could help me with ENBs on both, that would be good.( I know thats a little off from the main tech support it would be nice)

Go to download_ttw and follow the installation and the stability guides. The guides cover exactly what you're asking which is what they're for. Make sure you read the FAQ and incompatible mod lists before modding the game further.
