need help with game crashing

I am in DC doing the main quest and when i am in the Museum of Technology i go up the stairs where the fake vault is and the game crashes I have not had any problems only here so far I could really use some help

Be sure to remove the hard copy that TTW installed in the new vegas folder under /data/plugins/nvse/

You should not experience any crashes there then, must be some mod.

I have no idea i have tried without mods and im also having the problem in zion dlc on one of the quests while making my way to to location the game stops responding and crashes

actually after turning settings to low the problem was fixed for some reason
