[Request] "Canon Courier" + 101 Duster

I've already posted this to Nexus Forums, but I'll post it here too.

I like the underarmor a bit more than what the standard LR dusters have. Also, sleeves.

A Vault 101 Duster mainly for TTW players.

So my request is rather simple - the 101 Duster coat with the Joshua Graham's armor underneath.
I asked the original author of "Canon Courier" mod for the conversion, but he/she told me to post it in the Nexus request forums as he/she was unable to help me.
I don't know jack about models and texturing, so I am passing on this request here.
