MCM "cannot access its menu files" (SOLVED)

Not sure what the problem is. I am running FalloutNV.exe as administrator, could that cause it?

maybe the mcm or fnv hud files are set to read only?

Tried unsetting read-only flag via Windows Explorer. No dice.

Also found out that administrator is required for DarNified UI to work, apparently.

Fixed it. Just needed the "Bugfix 2."
