Can't Enter Tranquility Lane

Hi,
what happens is I enter the Pod to enter Tranquility Lane but all that happens is the effect plays but when it ends i'm still sitting in the pod and stuck
I tried to teleport inside of it but the quests glitched out for me and wouldn't finish
Is there any way i can launch the event to get James out of his pod and then end both Scientific Prusuits and tranquility Lane Quest without glitching out the game
