Accidentally Deleted FalloutCustom.ini

I Accidentally deleted the FalloutCustom.ini and my recycle bin got emptied. Is there anyway someone can help me? Or do i have to reinstall TTW? Couldn't i just make a new one with notepad? If someone can help me i would greatly appreciate it.

Try creating one with these settings: faq#INISettings

thanks it has seemed to work. no more big red diamonds and missing meshes. just hoping there is no more problems going to occur from this. thank you.
