All files are needed, they should not be named "new".

Re: a question about some bsa files from the mod
"New" archives are created because it is obviously impossible to read from and create files with the same name at the same time.
Installer tries to rename them over originals at the final stage and failed in your case due to whatever restrictions in your system. You are supposed to rename them manually by removing "new" prefix, not deleting them. Deleting is the same as undoing the entire installation.

Delete everything make sure your folder is not read only and re-install, it's hopelessly broken.

i would rather not really do that,it is working fine i had no bugs within the game, missing textures or such, mods work as well, its not broken

It is broken, you just wont find out until later, or you are very unobservant.
