I was planning to change an NPC's race as part of a quest. I referenced the way Moira was ghoulified in FO3 when Megaton explodes. That quest triggers: "ActorREF.MatchRace TargetREF". Would that be the best way to do it or is there a better way?

I've been working on a mod for a while and had a question and figured this was as good a place to ask as any.
I was planning to change an NPC's race as part of a quest. I referenced the way Moira was ghoulified in FO3 when Megaton explodes. That quest triggers: "ActorREF.MatchRace TargetREF". Would that be the best way to do it or is there a better way?
