Freezing every 5-10 minutes after a 20+ hour playthrough

Running 3.2.2. This problem just started and is driving me insane. I've been playing for around 22 hours before this started with 0 issues whatsoever. The game was running fantastically. Now almost every time i change cells(stays on black screen) or around 5 minutes passes(I timed it) the game will freeze and become unresponsive. I have NVAC installed, Archive Invalidation is on, and in trying to fix this I saw a thread about making changes to ini's for nvidia systems which I did and it seemed like it made the game run a little more smoothly(pipboy menu opened with less lag, loading seemed faster, and things like that) but did not solve my 5-10 minute freezing issue.

I checked through the known incompatible mods list, I know More Perks is on there but it didn't say it would outright break the game and I've been playing with it on from the start and hadn't had any problems until now.
I have kind of an obsession with perks when I play these games idk why but I just like having a large selection of perks.

I've only been playing in the Capital Wasteland so far, I've yet to go to the Mojave in this playthrough. I have Fawkes, Star Paladin Cross, Clover, and Amanda as companions with me. I'm not using any out of date TTW mods. I have no idea why the game has suddenly decided to just stop working. Thanks in advance

Ok, I'm an idiot. I checked the load order recommendation thread again and realized Sortomatic was in the wrong spot. Moving it completely fixed the issue. That's what I get for having used LOOT to sort my load order. Whoops.

I can't find a delete button for this so if any of the moderators could delete this thread that'd probably be for the best
