This might be a well duh! to most people but looking in the forums I saw others with the same issue.
I'm trying to navigate through installation using https://ttwoee.com/#guide
[Tale of Two Wastelands during installation created a FalloutCustom.ini located in Documents\My Games\FalloutNV\FalloutCUstom.ini, these ini settings must be copied into Mod Organizer.
I ran the installer in my USER account several times; did not get a file created in the local "my games" folder. Was very sad.
Finally looked in my Admin account and there it was...I tend to install programs on the Admin side and use programs on the user side...or maybe just Bill Gates messing me around again.
Now let's go shoot some mutants.
