.308 and .45-70 Gov't Junk Rounds

Hi, given the fact that .45-70 Gov't is superior than .308 round, isn't it a bit strange that the recipe for .308, Junk yields less rounds (5) than the corrisponding recipe for .45-70 Gov't, Junk, which gives 6 bullets?
