I got to where I rescued the people from cryostasis and the problems got bad. I tried.. revalidating files (breaks ttw I know) then reinstalled 3.1 and the 2 patches, didnt have the last one.
Retryed to have the same problems, atleast it ctd instead of just freezing causing me to sign out and in.

remove PerkEveryLevel and use the TTW temporary optional for it in the forum.
