Crash at startup

So I did a fresh install of everything for the 10th time within these past 2 months, but I still encounter the same shit that doesn't me allow to start the game properly. I did everything step by step as described in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BHXIEGtP2Hw

So when I try to launch the game through, it crashes at startup (it loads the slides, but the cursor never appears neither do the New game/load game/options tabs appear). I read in the FAQ that if that happens it is either a missing master or missing menu file. But I don't currently have any mods installed since I am trying to get this to work without mods first. All the masters are checked and they are in the proper load order. I can't figure out what the heck I am doing wrong?

Could it be an issue that I don't have FNV Ultimate edition? I have all the DLCs though but I have bought them separately throughout the years.

Buying the DLC's separately is still the ultimate edition so long as you have every single one, including the pre-order packs. Your load order should look like

Thanks for the reply, wasn't actually because of the load order. The fix was kinda weird, or there wasn't a problem to begin with, I was just confused because after the loading slides I had to wait for a couple of minutes before all the options appeared.. So I thought something was wrong with the game.
