I was doing a run of TTW using Butch and Dogmeat as my companions after retrieving the GECK from Vault 87. After completing the Raven Rock story mission, I tried to re-recruit Butch, but he claimed that I was "too intense". This means that I am registered to have either too high or too low Karma for him. I was only able to recruit him before because I grabbed the Charisma bobblehead. I don't *believe* that the bobblehead perks stopped working completely, because I can still recruit both Good and Bad Karma companions, as well as Dogmeat, but neither Butch or Sergeant RL-3 are recruitable. I have never had RL-3 as a companion, but I get no dialog option to recruit him now. I was wondering if there is a work around for this. This is my mod order:
FalloutNV.esm
DeadMoney.esm
HonestHearts.esm
OldWorldBlues.esm
LonesomeRoad.esm
TribalPack.esm
MercenaryPack.esm
ClassicPack.esm
CaravanPack.esm
GunRunnersArsenal.esm
Fallout3.esm
Anchorage.esm
ThePitt.esm
BrokenSteel.esm
PointLookout.esm
Zeta.esm
taleoftwowastelands.esm
YUPTTW.esm
YUP - Base Game + All DLC.esm
TTWVaultSuitHotfix.esp
TTW_Companions_Essential.esp
YUP - NPC Fixes (Base Game + All DLC).esp
I tried to add The Mod Configuration Menu.esp through the NVSE, but the menu does not appear because it seems to no longer work with TTW. Even if there is a console command that I don't know about that could force a companion, that would work for me. Let me know if I can post anything that can help with bug fixing.

The Mod Configuration Menu does work with TTW.
Make sure you install the Bugfix2 under the update files and then install the User Interface Organizer (a must for all hud related mods) aka UIO https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/57174?tab=files
Lastly if you have not, update your TTW to 3.2.2.
I can't say about the Bobblehead bug you are having as I spent my whole time in AWOP + interiors

Re: Fallout 3 Neutral Companion Recruitment Bug
YUP Base Game+ All DLC and the NPC fixes are incompatible with TTW. TTW comes with its own version of YUP that includes all of that already. Your load order is not set up correctly either, it should look likeGreen Inja wrote: ↑Wed Mar 27, 2019 5:55 amI was doing a run of TTW using Butch and Dogmeat as my companions after retrieving the GECK from Vault 87. Re: Fallout 3 Neutral Companion Recruitment Bug
Gotcha, I hadn’t played much of TTW since pre-big patch, so I knew I might have load order problems. I had no loading problems, so I had assumed that my load order was good. Thanks for the help all!
