Operation Anchorage and Mothership Zeta are not loading.

Neither dlc has appeared in my pip boy nor have either radio stations appeared. My load order at the time of making the save was as follows.

I double checked the load order on here and it said to put the fallout 3 stuff before the packs. I corrected it but neither dlc loaded still. Will I just have to start from vault 101 again or is there something else that would cause the issue?

If you are not using any mod manager you need to open data files in the default launcher and enable all the esms.

Using NMM. All .esms are on.

Shouldn't be possible, they are either enabled or they aren't.

NMM is also not supported at all due to strange issues such as this which cannot be solved.

Correcting the loadout fixed the problem. Though I was not able to select any of the packs. Not a problem for me.

I will keep that in mind for the future. Please forgive my ignorance as to why, my modding experience is limited to Darkest Hour, a Hearts of Iron Game.

NMM was always weird and buggy, nexus dropped it for Vortex.

Most of us use MO2 or FOMM.
