Delayed Scripts and Audio

I just started TTW and lots of scripted events are delayed. Like in the encounter with Burke and Lucas, Lucas just stood there with his lips moving and without a sound. I reloaded 4 times and one time Burke just stood up into the wall, fell to the void then respawned in front of the door, Lucas didn't care he just left. After reloading 4 times the encounter happened as intended (with a 3 seconds delay).
  • The Way I Installed TTW: With installer.
  • Mod Manager I'm Using: Mod Organizer 2
  • Mods I'm Using: New Vegas Proper Re-Animated (to fix the annoying sliding bug) and a mod that the Installer told me to install, can't remember which mod but it were some dlls

Try removing the reanimated mod.

I tried to remove the mod, the delay of the encounter didn't happen but then I tried installing the mod again, it also didn't happen when the mod is installed. Very weird. I also looked up the mods filetree, it seems like the mod only changes "meshes" folder.
