gamorrah prostitues's animations broken

I dont know if this is from base game or something, but every single prostitute in game are stuck in a bar server position and never leave it. Some are floating slightly above the ground when stuck in it. I dont know where this is coming from since i have no mods that even touch this portion of the game that im aware of. Most is just weapons or ttw followers....
