Perk conversions from DT to DR mods?

I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to ask, but i wasn't sure where this fit.

I found a mod for TTW that changes some physical perks to use DR instead of DT. https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/59225

I'm loving it so far, but i noticed it doesn't touch the Brainless/Heartless/Spineless perks from the Old World Blues DLC.

Does anyone know of a mod that converts the variations of these perks to use DR? if not, is there a tutorial somewhere i can learn how to do it myself?

There's no entry point for DR. You'd have to use abilities and script them.
