So with this, I reinstalled only project nevada and went through the recommended list of mods. What mod adds these tags and how do I get rid of 'em? I also got a few others but IDK.. I feel dumb for this.

It was under the TTW recommended modlist. I just want it gone because a lot of items don't have the tags at all so for me I don't see the point of keeping it around. I just got sidetracked a bit because I have a bunch of mods that I've never used before for TTW. Thanks for telling me anyways.

You need to fiddle with the settings to enable them for everything.
