Perks like Robotic Expert not applying to all robots
I noticed all robotics from DC can be deactivated successfully but not the ones from NV, the option appears and the deactivation is "done", but the automatons never shut down and some even become aggro, TTW vanilla with no mods

Mr Handy's in the New Vegas Steel shutdown properly.
Hardened Mister Gutsies and Hardened Sentry Bots in the Crashed Vertibird site shutdown properly.
Mister Gutsy in Nipton House shutdown properly.
Securitrons in New Vegas South Gate (Freeside) shutdown properly.
Robobrains in H&H Tools Factory shutdown properly.
MkVI Turrets in H&H Tools Factory shutdown properly.
MkIII Turrets in Camp Searchlight shutdown properly.
Vault-Tec Turrets in Vault 34 Overseer's office shutdown properly.
Mister Orderlys in X-8 Central Facility shutdown properly.
Berserk and Damaged Securitrons in the Securitron de-construction plant in the Big MT shutdown properly.
010011110110111001100101 in the Securitron de-construction plant in the Big MT shutdown properly.
Roboscorpions seem to not shutdown properly. They count as shutdown, they stop attacking, but start walking in a random direction and do nothing else but walk.
Which robots did you have problems with? Knowing this will help with testing the problem further. Do your character has any other robot related perks or abilities? The more information the easier will be to pinpoint the problem.
