Downgrade to JIP LN 54.91?
I'm getting CTD crashes when I try to go to GNR and I can't loot ash/goo piles. How can I rollback to JIP LN 54.91? I can't find a copy of that version on the Nexus or anywhere else. Thank you for your time and assistance with this matter.

Thanks Roy! So, just to clarify, I should be using JIP LN version 55 now? The release from 17 February? I just checked and I've actually got version 55 installed.

Re: Downgrade to JIP LN 54.91?
So I uninstalled the mod "TTW Intro Street Bus and Trailer" and now I can get to GNR. It was crashing whenever I got into the modded cells. However, now the game is stuttering and crashing and CTD every 1-3 minutes. I can open it back up without rebooting, but it's unplayable for the most part. Can you think of a way to fix this? It's not just happening around GNR either. It happening everywhere. The audio will start stuttering then crash....
This has only started since I loaded a few mods the other day. I installed MMC (with 3.2 bug fix), The TTW Intro Street Bus and Trailer Ruins (now uninstalled), and Project Nevada (core only, also now uninstalled). I don't have V-Sync disabled. The crashes and stuttering just started tonight when I played the game for the first time since the weekend. I did remove then reinstall JIP LN version 55. I do not have NVSR installed yet, but I do have NVAC installed.
I have excluded TTW, Fallout New Vegas and Fallout 3 from viruses/malware scans et al for both MBAM and Norton.
I've got G-Sync enabled on my monitor. I'm running the MSI Afterburner overlay in the game. Could that cause issues?
I'm almost 100% certain I don't have any hardware related bottlenecks.
Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I don't know what is causing those problems, but Fallout New Vegas doesn't like overlays, not even Steam overlay.
The general rule is to not have any overlay on while playing FNV.

Norton is a virus and probably the cause of your woes.
You can't uninstall a mod like DC Street, you'll have to start a new game.
Crashing with 55 should not be happening, make sure there isn't another copy overriding it.

Re: Downgrade to JIP LN 54.91?
Hi Risewild & Roy, thanks for your input and suggestions. I think I fixed the issue. I think the JIP LN was installed incorrectly. MO2 didn't overwrite the old files correctly. I ended up manually overwriting the old files. I reinstalled the "TTW Intro Street Bus Trailer" mod. I haven't tried to go back to GNR, but hoping that's okay. All stuttering and crashes seem to have disappeared.
PS - I'm not a huge fan of Norton either...but I can't stand McAfee, Bit Defender is irritating, and Kaspersky got wonky on me....so I went back to Norton. It's not nearly as bad as it once was, but still not awesome. If you have any suggestions just let me know.

Hi Roy or Risewild,
Should we be updating to JIP LN 55.05 that was released on 3/2/19?
