I'll tell you what, clone master Gary is correct about the audio. It is way different in the two games. Just shot that video that was an old save from years ago. I for sure noticed a difference. The pitch is higher and same with the DB levels, it takes some of the files over the zero threshold and that is why you get the clipping from the F3 stuff.

In my opinion the audio in F3 is better than in FNV. In New Vegas they are adding in an audio enhancer.

In F3 with these custom NPC's in order get the correct sound levels with the idle chatter and hello's you need to lover the DB levels. Also believe it or not you also need to add in the lip files to get it to look like they are speaking.

Just tried to install some video capture software on this PC to record some of the F3 stuff and my screen goes black. Not messing around with my video cards or drivers cause everything is set up perfect for all my normal work and I am not going to screw that up downloading freeware files that wreck your .dll's or your registry or your codexs.

Is Clone Master Gary the producer of this TOTW? That is my guess. People don't understand how bloody hard this stuff is.

Just trying to do dialog in the game with 70 lines and setting up speech trees is impossible for me not to mess up.

Just doing that video, here is what Steam did, they put the saves from my other computer in this ver of FNV so the TOTW saves showed up with no TOTW installed. Not only that all those DLC's I purchased showed up in my data folder.

Here is the deal, this not just me, these players like the custom MODS, that is why these games last years past their prime. The custom weapons, custom clothes, custom buildings and everything else.

This online community has serious talent. I've seen the work. Downloaded hundreds of these files, from the TYPE 3 chicks to a guitar player in a revamped Canterbury Commons. The way they re-write the files is crazy. When I first started up with game again downloaded someones Tunnel Snakes hideout. That things is amazing they even have a Ms. Packman video game. The designer doesn't have all the skills. cause he cloned copied a bunch of NPC's that have no value. He gave them all 5,000 rounds of 10mm Ammo and you couldn't kill them. I went in to the GECK and set them to able to be killed and walked out with 100,000 rounds of 10mm ammo.

I saw this MOD and the potential for it if someone went in and cleaned up the NPC's. I even downloaded the umpa file and it made the girl pole dance. Yes this game did cross lines with the porn stuff that is too over the top. Guess what the porn crap and TYPE 3 stuff sells. That is the sad part cause you got designers doing great work and nobody finds the material cause they want naked computer chicks.

In closing I don't understand the point of TOTW if you can't do custom stuff in F3.

FYI someone did a revamp MOD of all the uncut material from Fallout 3. That is cool as hell. The point being that MOD is dead to TOTW users and people like myself want to play that.

The reason I thought TOTW would work for me was cause I thought I could use my custom NPC's in both games. Using the ones I created in F3 and taking them to Vegas.

What someone needs to do, I would be willing to get involved. Is build Wasteland 1 MOD. Were you go in to Quartz. You get ACE to fix the car and go to Vegas and fight all the Robots. Than you fight against the Citidel find the real bloodstaff and the entire 9 yards. (How many are old enough to remember this game)

Question if my companion MOD is so great why no release?

One the file size is massive. Two I'm always adding to it and fixing errors I made. Three it is one thing to upload one custom player with a few lines of dialog from a movie. You may get by. I have 7,000 audio files from at least 60 movies and TV shows. I know how to strip DVD's, convert VHS tapes and pull audio files were the avg Joe has no clue how to do this stuff. Plus I have a sound lab. Built my own DVR. With my weapons, I am getting clean recordings of Dirty Harry's gun. I have the sound from James Bond's gun. Have the Sniper from Saving Private Ryan and ect. These are clean with no outside noises. Watch that video, we got Dirty's Harry's gun and than the Rifle from one of the Old Western Films. Plus Dolby 5.1 Quad mixing in Stereo of the Good the Bad and Ugly audio sound files. (FYI QUAD mixing is my own invention, it is taking 5.1 audio mixes and giving them width and depth in normal 2 channel Stereo, it amazing, have hundreds of recordings CD's that I did to prove it)

I honestly can't tell if you are a troll, or have mental illness. Either way your time here is at and end.
