I found a link on this website that leads to a spreadsheet of compatible mods with TTW. but when i click the links to the mod in the spreadsheet, it says "You dont have permission to read this forum"

I am very new to TTW, installed it like 3 days ago, love it. But i would like a few mods for quality of life stuff.

Any help? or do i just download mods on new vegas's mod page like normal? how do i mod TTW?

That spreadsheet is very outdated. Those mods are not compatible with the latest version of TTW and we had to block access to them. Because they were breaking the game of lots of users that didn't read the large red warnings saying to not use those mods with TTW 3.2 and up.

You can use mods from the Mod Releases 3.x section.
You should check the incompatible mods thread too.
You could also take a look to the RoyBatty's recommended mods for 3.2.x list.

Do not use any unofficial patch or fix for FNV or FO3 with TTW. Here is a list of some of those you shouldn't use. The fixes of those, are already included in TTW and/or TTWYUP (comes with TTW already). The unofficial patches/fixes can also break TTW, since they might alter or remove things that TTW relies on to work properly.

Here is a short list of other things that are not compatible and will break TTW if you use them. I could name them in this post. But that list might grow in the future and this way other people that come by this post can follow the links and be up to date.

thank you for the help, im still new to this. Does anyone have a link to a tutorial on how to use conversion mods? i see mods on nexus that are "Conversion mods" that would allow me to use mods such as mothership zeta crew, but i dont know how to install them

Mods converted or TTW mods released prior to NOV 10th 2018 are incompatible with TTW 3.2

MZC will never work, don't even bother.
