What's going to happen to TTW?

Firstly, I want to preface this post by thanking RoyBatty for his hard work as the TTW project lead; if he hadn't stepped in and taken over when Jax stepped down, the project wouldn't be where it's at now! I'm glad for all the hard work he put in to keep this trait rolling...

Now, what the hell comes next? I heard that Roy was stepping down secondhand -I'm old fashioned and have a severe allergy to Discord and Twitter- and it came as a total shock because nothing has been posted here.

Last time I checked, this was where official TTW news gets posted -if that's no longer the case, please direct me to the new location!- and so far there's been radio silence on this site about Roy's stepping down, and what that's gonna mean for the project going forward.

Who's gonna be the new project lead? Will there even be a project lead? Will the project keep moving forward at all? It seems to me that, when Jax was in charge, I was able to keep abreast of what was around the corner for the mod at any given time. Now, I don't feel that way at all...

...so, what is around the corner for TTW? Does anyone on the team care to chime-in and make an official post? Darth? Rise? Gribbles? Thermador? Puppetron? Anybody?

(I don't even know if all of those names are even on the team anymore! I'm pretty sure Jax, Chuck, TJ, and Tricky are all gone now, right?)

Beyond my question about what Roy leaving means, I'd also like to get a general update on the state of the mod, who's on the team, who's not on the team, etc.

I've been here for a long time, but I sometimes feel like I'm the only one using this site anymore.

Not sure about Roy's status but I asked something similar about what they had left to finish here:

Seems like most of the significant stuff from FO3 is ported over and integrated - just quality of life changes, bugfixes and updating 2.x mods left to do now.
