I'm not the best modder, but i have a basic idea of most stuff. Textures are the part i understand the best, and had a loose understaning of meshes.
With TTW being a combination of two games, it got me to wondering... Does the Capital Wasteland draw its resources from the original Fallout 3 files, or is it mostly New Vegas resources now? I gathered that there are a few meshes left over for unique items, but what about Items that exist in both games, like power armor?
Any help in understanding this would be greatly appreciated.

Re: How do meshes work in TTW?
Any meshes that are in both games we use the NV ones unless they have some difference. Like say the letters on the wall in some buildings, the supermutants, and others in which case we use the Fallout 3 ones.
The models are in nif format (net immerse) and the version is the same between both games with some minor differences engine side for havok.
