Good water, tree, and grass/flora mod for TTW 3.2?

I am looking for mods that add trees, and create a lush look. I lived in Arizona and during the winter the desert can become quite green minus the ground.

Also looking for a good water mod that makes the water high quality and clear.

I've used mods like this for FO3 and NV, not sure if they work out of the box.

I don't know of any water mods for either game.

As for flora and what not, there is only vurts, and it's not quite up to par with his Elder Scrolls mods.

I too, wish the waters were clear (No Fog). I have not found a mod that satisfies for Fallout 3 OR FNV. Clear water is available for Morrowind, Oblivion, and Skyrim. Someone told me Oblivion uses the same engine as FNV, maybe that mod could be ported.

Just turn DoF to 0 in the ini, and it's clear

NMC's overwrites some and I have another merged texture mod these overwrite. Water look great in NV. Trees, grass, flora look great in both. Can I use the mods above for TTW?

Sorry for all the compatibility questions. I am not 100% how 3 is integrated into NV, meaning is everything names the same and in the same place? If so, do FO3 mods only have to be updated with the NV for,ID?

Where is DoF? cannot find it in any ini.

They're still porting the rudimentary stuff for 3.x like Vurt and FCO / Redesigned and so on.
