So after updating to 3.2.2, everything in the capital wasteland is messed up. The main quests are reading as "complete" but all of the triggers seem to have been reset. Like when i walk into Megaton, Simms talks like its the first time you walk in, the bomb was back to its original status, and Mr. Burke isn't a pile of chunks in the corner. But then theres no dialogue options to ask about my dad. When i go to GNR, theres no brotherhood or mutants in Chevy Chase, there was no behemoth so i had to console the front door open, and three dog also had nothing to say regarding my old man. Is there any way to fix this besides starting over?
PS forgot to mention that operation anchorage reset completely and charon appeared in the sierra madre, trying to blow my head off.

No mods beyond TTW, theyre in the load order from the installation video.

I don't see how that could have happened, unless you have to two taleoftwowastelands.esm which has been noted by someone else.
