I'm wanting to use the Level Cap Remover mod found here:

I'm not entirely sure how it handles what happens when your skills are all maxed out at 100, though. I figured that to be on the safe side, I could just add in DARNUI LevelUpNoLock (https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/37714) if it was needed, and Boosted Skill Effects (https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/35708) to not only fix the possible issue, but give me some sort of continued benefit when levelling up.
However, I recall reading that Perk mods are not compatible with TTW 3.2, and I wanted to know if the same would apply to Skill mods like this. I managed to get a working load order, and I don't want to possibly break things with a trial-and-error approach. I figured since I'm only at around Level 10 at the moment, I had time to ask and see if I got a response. (Am I supposed to be fighting Super Mutant Masters at the Capital Wasteland already? Yikes...)
