Startup Crash

I get a startup crash due to the [Archives] line that gets added to the FalloutCustom.ini after installation. When removing the line the game startups normally however on New Game I'm in Goodsprings (Don't know whether this is intended). I'm using MO1 and followed GamerPoet's instructions on configuring FNV and installing TTW. I made sure to check the meshes2.bsa in archives tab.
