Load order correct yet missing textures

This is my first time using TTW and I went along the official tutorial (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BHXIEGtP2Hw) and used the load order shown on the video. But when I start a new game, there seem to be the missing texture signs almost all over the place. I'm not sure it was my fault or something was corrupt in the files. Please help.

You missed the step about copying FalloutCustom.ini into the MO2 ini for your profile.

No, I did that after changing my load order.

If you are using the default profile, disable all the mod in it and make a new profile, then re-enable everything and edit the inis.
