Can i keep my saves when updating?

I'm wanting to update from 3.2 to 3.2.1 and I know i've got to do a clean install of both games and go through the hours-long process of installing the mod again...will i be able to use my old saves? or will i have to choose between starting over or dealing with crashes until i'm done with this playthrough?

Your saves are fully compatible.

If you have the tenpenny suite, and the vault theme, you should remove the items from the extra locker first.

If you started Those! you should finish it first.
