Weapon mods/Taking weapons from New California

Just wanting to know if people have any interesting weapon mods compatible with TTW.

Also, I'm wondering if it's possible to extract weapons from Fallout New California and put them into my game in TTW. There's a few really sick weapons in that mod like a Plasma Gatling and an 88MM Cannon that I really would love to play with in the wasteland.
