ticket to mojave
upon purchaing tickets (at Capital Wasteland) the tickets are for D.C only, cannot figure out how to buy Mojave Tickets

got it, but now im am experiencing an error after activating the water purifier, screen goes to the regular slide show show and continues playing a loop where player controls are disabled.

That happens when you are using a mod that changes your race to a non-vanilla one.
