I don't know how. But somehow i manage to get it work without any issue. The save is over 40 hours long now and i never got any crash since i uninstalled NVSR.
I believe it's because i'm using unofficial Wuestenranger's patch in asurah's comment section. And while the fix is very old (posted 21 august 2018, before 3.2 release) It's still working. here's the link : https://drive.google.com/open?id=1GL0yL ... WVcky1zNso
Maybe it will get even more unstable after some period of time. But i believe 40 hours save in which i'm using the mod since Vault 101. and now finished Wasteland Survival Guide, found dad and discovered over 50 locations in FO3. Pretty sure it's long enough. So no it's not completely incompatible.
The only issue is BB gun and .32 pistol animation is completely broken. But then you wouldn't really use them anyway. The rest work fine. So it should be in 'Mods with minor incompatibilities' instead. And you gotta be able to live with gun clipping on screen issue. Because adjusting fNearDistance to 2 in Fallout.ini like asurah's suggestions will broke every interior LOD in the game. Making your game always ran on lowest view distance when go inside certain locatino like DC subway. And boy does it look bad.

extra : All Weapon Sounds Overhaul works fine. Except silenced gun which make the gun sound quiet as if there's no gun sound for it. All you will hear after you fired is a bullet hitting debris or body. I always go with gun blazing so i don't really care. but it can definitely be a problem for people who prefer stealth because it's extremely immersion breaking. so i though you guys should know.

That's fine if you don't mind stuff being completely broken, others will just complain to us about it.
Asurah has assured me later when I'm done with my fixing he will make it compatible.
Overwriting the weapon records without creating some kind of patch that forwards essential fixes and stuff can and will break TTW, again if you are fine with your game broken that's up to you, but again we don't want to hear it from users who aren't fine with it.

Just wanna clarify that it's nowhere near 'completely broken'. Most of the stuff actually worked out. Both shotgun and rifle worked flawlessly. Since you are here. May i ask why every talon merc i came across are extremely tough? Like super mutant are not this tough. Even with BLEED they still pretty much walking tank. Is it working as intended? Are they suppose to be this tough all the time? Everytime i came across them i have to abuse the hell out of solid project's melee hit to stun and shoot them.
It's ridiculous. Even overlord and behemoth together are still less of a threat than 3 shotgun talon merc. It can be a pain in the ass sometimes.

Well our definitions of completely broken are different then. For me having the iron sights totally off and weapon reloads and stuff not work at all is completely broken. Not to mention the clipping issues you already said.
As for the Talon and Regulators, no they aren't supposed to be that tough. I fixed the spawn levels in 3.2.2 which will be out soonish I guess, I'm on break because I'm burned out.
