Converting FO3 Mods

I was looking to install AWOP for F03 to TTW and I see it must first be converted to NV. Has this been done as of yet or is there a guide on where to start so that I can attempt it myself? I saw in another topic that a comprehensive guide was in the works, so this post may be pointless. Any relevant information would be very appreciated.

There's actually a converted version of AWOP already posted in the 3.2 mods section, I think a full guide to conversions is still in progress.
