Okay, before anyone jumps down my throat and screams at me that this topic has been covered, just don't. I have been searching for one very specific piece of information that I can't find or google correctly.

HOW TO ACTUALLY DISABLE "CRITICAL SECTION HANDLING"?

I have seen lots of posts by people saying that this fixes it... well that is all well and good but what I cannot find is how, to do it.

And just for clarification. I was not using NVSR before running into this bug.
