2.9 Download?
Hey I really want to play Fallout Who Vegas with this but can't find a 2.9 download anywhere. The github in the FAQ is down so could someone please link me a download?

There was never a TTW compatible version of Fallout Who Vegas. Someone tried to make it compatible, but it was still very buggy and didn't work properly.
My suggestion, don't try using that with TTW, doesn't matter if it's 2.9.4b or 3.+. It is not an easy mod to convert for TTW.
