I unzipped every NVR content in the right location.
However it doesn't work
Specs are
Ryzen 2700
GTX 1060 3GB
W10 Pro

You didn't unzip it in the right directory. Goes into the NVSE folder. Otherwise it would work. NVR works at all times since it only needs New Vegas. Doesn't matter whether TTW is installed or not.
Anyway, since you said unzip I guess you are using some old mod manager. Would recommend you to try Mod Organizer. Just watch some YouTube Tutorials.

Managed to install it with FOMMfork.
Activated the zip file then relocated the dll file manually.
Disabled enboost's speedhack function. works great!
my fps does not go below 50. great!
