Science lab glitch
Every time I try to get into the science lab in Rivet City it sends me to the Divide so I accidentally end up in the Mojave without knowing how to get back into the Capital Wasteland.

Re: Science lab glitch
Looking at your load order... there's quite a few incompatible mods. I'm not exactly sure how bad the problems with Project Nevada Cyberware are, (and I do want to eventually try to see how feasible it is to fix), but Equipment has major conflicts with TTW restoring Fallout 3's weaponry, and Rebalance has its own set of issues with its changing of AI and some of its features that can break some AIs outright.
I also think MMUE is another major conflict, so that's not helping matters either, especially with it deleting some FNV records and reusing others from TTW for its own purposes. And then More Perks, CAGE and Ashurah's animation mods are three more known conflicts on top of that.

Re: Science lab glitch
I disabled Mission Mojave and the main ones that were considered problematic (I.E. PN cyberware, rebalance, and the mmue's) after that the problem was fixed

Re: Science lab glitch
I'm glad to hear that problem is addressed, although there's still another major issue. Removing mods that make such major changes to the game mid-game won't completely fix the problem. Quite a few of the records that TTW normally uses likely have been changed to what Mission Mojave did to them, and some likely are not even set at all - Mission Mojave being lower in the load order means that the changes it makes to the records overwrote TTW's own settings that it likely tried to make so far.
In short, I wouldn't be particularly optimistic about that save file's stability at all. It might work for awhile, but it's probably going to hit some very major problems sooner rather than later, and I doubt that they will be fixable. Sadly, it might be best to just start a new game at this point.
At least that's how I think uninstalling mods like MMUE would probably work, although I do believe it to be accurate and probably not an understatement.

The FAQ at the top specifically mentions MMUE. For some more common mods listed
