Continue after game ended and cheat pc mod

Does anyone know if the cage mod for fallout New Vegas has been made available for this game yet or if the cheat pc for either game work

Continue After Ending by McLion works.

I don't know what the cheat pc mod is. You can get anything you want through the console.
