I know that this mod use to have 'optional files' that came with the download, do those still exist?
I was excited for this mod.
I played FO3 for a bit in the past but i couldn't deal with the luck based skill checks.
There used to be something with TTW that was an optional file that changed them to the NV skill based way.
Does this not exist anymore?
If anyone has the file or an old download link please send it!
I really want to play this game but i need the NV skill checks!

No.Those optional's will come at a later date for the new version.

Even if someone has the old files. They will BREAK TTW 3.2.

Skill/Special checks are the same as NV, only Speech checks differ and are based on your speech skill and if you have your weapon drawn or not.
