Freeside Open Compatibility Patch for 3.2

I seem to have successfully created a compatibility patch for Freeside Open that works with TTW 3.2. I will be happy to post it here, but I was not sure whether I need permission from the Freeside Open mod author to post a compatibility patch, or if that is only necessary for conversions. Please advise, and I will edit this post.

I figured the old one might work (or might be easy to update) so I posted a request on the Mod Talk subforum and also sent a PM to one of the mods before attempting to do it myself. I am actually happy that I didn't get a response, though. It was a good learning experience.

Does your response mean it's okay for me to go ahead and post the one I did? I'd love to get feedback if there is something I could have done better. I went ahead and contacted the mod author on Nexus Mods but haven't heard back yet.

I don't know how this works but I don't see amy reason why the old one wont work since it only touches FNV and not Fo3. In fact that's why most fnv mods work for TTW.
