Is older version performance guide gonna work on new release version of ttw?

Above link is older version performance guide and i wanna know if that guide can apply to 3.2 version of ttw.

I think my game of ttw 3.2 is more unstable and has more stutter than 2.9.4 version.

The FAQ has the stable settings.

Add an exception to windows defender and malwarebytes for FalloutNV.exe, they are both known to cause problems.

i adjust my windows defender but i still have sound stuttering. It's annoying man.

If you're using NVSR, make sure you edit it's settings like the FAQ says (as Roy mentioned before).

If you have the settings already edited like the FAQ says and still have annoying stuttering, try disabling NVSR.
Also make sure you're not using large texture packs and stuff like that.

I wipe out all of my C drive and reinstall my windows 10, fallout game, ttw. Now game works preferably. Sorry for bothering you.

But I think their are lots of incompatibilities to TTW 3.2 version with new vegas mods, somewhat big quest mods like someguy series, New Steven Bison Hetel, even small small system tweak mods like Casino Exchange All, Enhanced NPC Awareness(even though these mods all worked well at 2.9.4 version). I don't install all of new vegas mods and i feel my ttw game is now stable and perfectly work. i only install mods which uploaded on this ttw community site. I'm looking forward that new vegas mods will be converted as stable state for TTW.

Casino Exchange All is pinto's so I'm sure he'll have a look at it.

I will be going over someguy's mods.

If there is some issue with New Bison Steve or Afterschool Special I will try to make a patch for those.
