Something I've been adding to on and off for the past couple weeks while working on a mod to distribute weapons added by DLCs to DC/a couple other distribution tweaks. I think it's mostly complete and it also contains the info needed to build the leveled lists for those who want to add items to them with scripts and without requiring TTW's files.
Bonus link: TTW Team's Weapon balance spreadsheet provived by RoyBatty for updated balance info on FO3's weapons.
