When you first reach the gate past the mine-ridden bridge in The Pitt, the first line of dialogue spoken by the raider on top of the gate is silent, though the subtitles display the following dialogue: "One of 'em is coming back? Dumbass slaves... Open the gate!"

Known issue, I will look into it over time, I'm not sure why it doesn't work.
