What settings of FO3 returned to TTW?
Just curious. What things FNV changed that were reverted by TTW, like VATS?

I can't think of anything from the top of my head except fixing bugs caused by NV mistakes.
TTW also doesn't revert VATS, that's optional, just like the Big Guns Skill, the Repair system, etc. (some are not implemented yet IIRC).

Off the top of my head, Skill Books have returned to giving 1 point (2 with comprehension) as they did in Fallout 3
And the Fallout 3 Hunting Rifle (.32 Rifle) is back
Not sure if that’s what you’re referring to, but that’s what I can think of without the game or changelog in front of me

I was talking about stats, weapon damage, critical chance and such.
I already found the spreadsheet containing those if anyone is interested, they posted is in the mods's section.
BTW, we should give huge ammounts of money thanks for the devs: finally the hunting rifle is A HUNTING RIFLE!

No stats were reverted for weapons/armor, they were all balanced carefully to be in the same "feel" as Fallout 3 but supporting the DT and higher damage system of NV.
